Stressball Planet is committed to providing high-quality custom stress balls and related products tailored to your promotional needs. When placing an order in our (https://www.stressballplanet.com.au), you ("the Customer") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the relationship between Stressball Planet and the Customer regarding the sale and supply of goods and services. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time, with such changes taking effect immediately upon being posted on our website. 

Product Availability and Variations 

Stressball Planet reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace products without prior notice. Customers should note that slight differences in materials, colours, or dimensions may occur between production batches due to manufacturing processes. 

Custom Orders and Quantities 

For custom-printed stress balls, orders may have a quantity variation of ±5% due to the nature of production. The final invoice will be based on the actual quantity delivered to the Customer. 

Colour Matching and Print Accuracy 

While Stressball Planet strives to match PMS colours as closely as possible, minor variations may occur due to different materials and printing methods. The Customer acknowledges that such differences are a common aspect of custom promotional product printing. 

Submission of Artwork and Approval 

The Customer must provide artwork that complies with the specifications listed on our website. Prior to commencing production, Stressball Planet will supply a digital proof for the Customer’s approval. It is the Customer's responsibility to review and approve the proof, as production will only begin after written confirmation is received. 

Communication and Order Requirements 

All orders must be placed in writing, preferably via email, to ensure clear communication of the Customer's specific requirements. This includes product details, branding requests, and delivery instructions. Verbal orders must be confirmed in writing to prevent misunderstandings. 

Shipping and Delivery 

Freight and handling charges will apply to all orders and are included in the final invoice. Stressball Planet will take all necessary steps to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping companies or factors beyond our control. 

Rush Orders and Additional Fees 

Customers needing urgent orders with accelerated production or shipping will incur additional fees. These rush orders will be prioritized based on available resources but are still subject to material and production constraints. 

Cancellations and Changes 

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled unless otherwise agreed in writing by Stressball Planet. Any work already completed will be billed accordingly. Changes to the order must be submitted in writing and may incur additional charges based on the stage of production. 

Inspection of Goods and Reporting Defects 

Upon receiving their order, the Customer is responsible for inspecting the goods within seven days. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported to Stressball Planet in writing within this period. If applicable, defective goods must be returned in their original packaging, with the Customer bearing return shipping costs. Stressball Planet will evaluate the returned products and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. 

Use of Submitted Artwork 

By submitting artwork to Stressball Planet, the Customer grants permission for its use solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. Stressball Planet does not retain ownership of the artwork beyond the completion of the order. 

Ownership of Goods 

Until full payment has been received, ownership of goods remains with Stressball Planet. Once the payment is made in full, the ownership is transferred to the Customer. 

Warranty and Liability Limitations 

Stressball Planet’s liability under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective goods, as required by law. We will pass on any applicable manufacturer warranties. Stressball Planet is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. 

Payment Methods and Fees 

Full payment is required prior to commencing production unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments via direct bank transfer are free of additional charges. Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) will incur a 1.75% processing fee. 

Late Payments and Debt Collection 

Failure to pay by the agreed due date may result in additional fees. If payment is not received, outstanding amounts may be referred to a debt collection agency, and the Customer will be liable for any associated recovery and legal costs. 

Refunds and Returns 

In cases where goods are found to be defective, the Customer must notify Stressball Planet within seven days of receipt. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with the Customer responsible for return shipping costs. Upon evaluation, Stressball Planet will either replace the defective products or provide a refund. Custom-branded stress balls are not eligible for refunds unless they are found to be faulty. 

By placing an order with Stressball Planet, the Customer confirms their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as their rights under Australian consumer law.
